Privacy contact: support@wcgf.com. The information actually processed varies with the game, device, country and features used. ClassiGames and the sites in that project have separate terms and a separate privacy policy. Sharing the same publisher does not make this document applicable to that separate project. Information we process When relevant to the feature, we process account identifiers, chosen player name, avatar and contact details; authentication details supplied by sign-in providers; game progress, matches, rankings, club membership, virtual tokens and purchases; support messages and reports; and IP address, device characteristics, app version, crash information, security and connection logs. Advertising identifiers and usage metrics may also be processed when the relevant technology is active and applicable permissions are in place. Payment-card numbers are handled by the payment provider or app store, not entered into our games. Purposes and legal grounds We use account and gameplay information to deliver multiplayer matches, save progress and provide paid or earned digital entitlements (performance of the user contract). We use limited logs and moderation records to maintain security, prevent fraud and keep games functioning (legitimate interests, balanced against users' rights). Accounting and legally required records are processed to comply with legal obligations. Non-essential cookies, personalized advertising or advertising measurement are based on consent when legally required; consent may be withdrawn without affecting essential game access. Information shared inside a game Other players may see a nickname, avatar, score, ranking, club affiliation or match-related activity when that feature is enabled. Messages or material intentionally submitted to public game spaces may also be visible. Do not post sensitive information in publicly visible fields. Service providers and advertising We use providers where necessary for hosting, authentication, app distribution, crash diagnostics, analytics, advertising, attribution, support and purchase processing. Depending on the released game and your permissions, this may involve Apple, Google services such as Firebase, and advertising or attribution providers such as Adjust or Meta. Inclusion of software in a codebase does not mean it is active in every product. Each provider handles information for the specific service supplied under applicable contractual and legal safeguards; its own policy may also apply where it acts independently. Cookies, advertising identifiers and consent Essential local storage may be used to remember technical settings or a session. Analytics and ad technologies can use device identifiers, cookies or similar signals only to the extent authorized by applicable law and user choices. Where offered, use the game's privacy controls or the device's tracking settings to change your preferences. Refusing personalized advertisements does not necessarily remove all advertisements. Retention and account deletion Gameplay and account data is kept while the account is active and as needed to maintain the requested services; after an account closure request it is deleted or anonymized unless security, payment, legal or dispute-resolution needs justify a limited retention period. Technical records are kept only for operational and security needs. Transaction and accounting records follow applicable statutory periods. Support information is kept for handling requests and related legal needs. We periodically review the necessity of retaining data. Transfers and protection Our suppliers or technical teams may operate outside the European Economic Area. Where GDPR applies and international transfers occur, we use an appropriate legal mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or relevant contractual safeguards, together with security measures suited to the risk. We restrict access, protect communications and work to prevent unauthorized disclosure, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Your choices and rights Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of your personal data, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent where consent was the legal basis. Write to support@wcgf.com and provide enough details to identify the account without sending a password. If your concern remains unresolved, you may contact the French data-protection authority, CNIL (cnil.fr), or another competent supervisory authority. Children and updates Our games are offered subject to the age conditions of each product and relevant app store; we do not intentionally invite children below the permitted age to provide personal data. A parent or guardian can contact us regarding a child's account. We may revise this notice when practices, partners or laws change. The updated version will show its effective date.
