Review our terms of service for using the WCGF platform and participating in tournaments.

Please read these Terms carefully 1. Applicability and Modification of the Terms and Conditions 1 - These Terms and Conditions ("TC") govern the offering, provision, and use of the services and applications provided by WCGF SAS ("WCGF"), hereinafter referred to as "the Service", "the Services", or "the Offer". WCGF commits to providing its services strictly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 2 - WCGF reserves the right to make modifications to the Terms and Conditions for future periods, particularly in response to technological advancements, legislative changes, or for any similar reason. Users will be notified of such changes with a six-week notice period, either via an announcement in their login area or by email. If a user does not contest the announced changes during the allotted period, their acceptance of the revised terms will be deemed established after that period expires. In the event of a user's disagreement, WCGF expressly reserves the right to terminate the usage contract. In the notification, WCGF will specifically highlight the possibility of contesting these changes as well as the legal consequences of either not contesting or of an effective contestation. The current version of the Terms and Conditions can be consulted by clicking on the "Terms and Conditions" link on the relevant application's description page or in the footer of the application on Facebook. 2. Use of Services and Account Management 1. Access to WCGF’s services is not a guaranteed right. WCGF may, at its sole discretion and without justification, refuse access to its websites or services, particularly in the event of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions. 2. WCGF’s services are intended solely for individuals aged 16 and over. For users aged 16–18, use is subject to the approval of their legal guardians regarding the usage contract, including adherence to these Terms and Conditions. 3. If access to a service requires the creation of an account (as part of a subscription service), you confirm that all information provided during registration is complete and correct, including billing and payment data (bank details, credit card number, expiration date). Subscription services are governed by the terms in effect at the time of use, including applicable rates. 4. When selecting a username/account, you may not choose a name that: is already in use by another user is deemed vulgar, shocking, or offensive by WCGF infringes a registered trademark or other IP/personality rights of a third party is used in any manner that violates these Terms and Conditions 5. You are responsible for the security of your login information (username and password) and the confidentiality of your account, including the data/content stored and its use. You must immediately notify WCGF of any unauthorized use or access to your account or login data, as well as any risk thereof. You may not allow third parties to access WCGF’s services using your credentials, nor use WCGF’s services via third-party accounts or someone else’s credentials. WCGF disclaims liability for losses resulting from third-party use of your credentials/account (with or without your consent), except in cases of WCGF’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence. You remain liable for any damage caused to WCGF or third parties if you fail to uphold confidentiality/protection of your credentials/account or fail to report unauthorized use/access. 6. When services involve account management on a social network (e.g., Facebook), you are responsible for the confidentiality of your login data and account on that network, as well as for all activities conducted under those credentials. 3. Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods 1. WCGF’s Service may offer “Virtual Currency” and “Virtual Goods” usable within the Service (e.g., virtual coins/cash) purchasable with real money, subject to legal age in your country. Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or any object of monetary value with WCGF or third parties. 2. WCGF may modify Virtual Currency/Virtual Goods and other aspects of the Services at any time. Prices and exchange rates may be adjusted at WCGF’s discretion; the price/rate at purchase time prevails. 3. THE PURCHASE OF VIRTUAL CURRENCY OR VIRTUAL GOODS IS FINAL. PURCHASED VIRTUAL CURRENCY/GOODS CANNOT BE REFUNDED, TRANSFERRED, OR EXCHANGED. THESE ITEMS ARE FOR USE ONLY WITHIN THE SPECIFIC SERVICE. IN CASE OF TERMINATION/END OF THE USAGE CONTRACT OR SERVICE INTERRUPTION, ANY VIRTUAL CURRENCY/GOODS ACQUIRED OR EARNED WILL BE LOST WITHOUT COMPENSATION OR REFUND. YOU DO NOT ACQUIRE PROPERTY OR EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS OVER THESE ITEMS BEYOND A RIGHT TO USE THEM UNDER THE SERVICE TERMS. 4. Transfer of Virtual Currency/Virtual Goods to third parties is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized by WCGF within the Service. Outside the Service, buying/selling/exchanging/trading such items is prohibited and constitutes a violation. WCGF may permanently ban violators and take legal action. 5. WCGF may manage, regulate, control, modify, or delete Virtual Currency/Virtual Goods at its sole discretion without liability to you or third parties. 6. Transactions are processed according to the procedures of the respective app stores. 7. List of available token packs: Pack 1: 1,000 tokens for €2.49 (including VAT) Pack 2: 2,200 tokens for €4.99 (including VAT) Pack 3: 5,000 tokens for €9.99 (including VAT) Pack 4: 16,000 tokens for €29.99 (including VAT) Pack 5: 45,000 tokens for €79.99 (including VAT) Pack 5: 112500,000 tokens for €119.99 (including VAT) 4. User-Generated Content 1. WCGF’s Services may include features enabling user interactions (“Communication Services”), such as messaging, forums, communities, photo albums, and archives. You agree to use them only for appropriate messages/content, as defined in Section 5 of these rules. WCGF is not obligated to actively monitor or moderate, except when specific reasons exist. Misuse by others should be reported to WCGF. 2. WCGF may review/remove user messages/content at any time without notice and at its sole discretion, and may restrict/terminate access to Communication Services or the usage contract in case of misuse. 3. User statements/messages are solely those of their authors. WCGF is not responsible for user content, communications, or actions, nor for civil/criminal consequences of participation. Admins/moderators are not WCGF representatives. 4. Your interactions via Communication Services are public and non-private; you have no right to privacy regarding their use. Data/personal information shared there may be viewed/used by others—do not disclose sensitive information. WCGF may disclose information/content from Communication Services as necessary to comply with laws/regulations/legal proceedings/official requests, or to manage/reject/remove content, considering users’ privacy interests. 5. Prohibited uses/content include: Surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, advertising, chain letters, spam, or unsolicited/redundant messages (commercial or otherwise) Defamation, abuse, harassment, stalking, threats, or violations of legal rights (including personality rights) Harmful, abusive, vulgar, pornographic, sexually explicit, defamatory, slanderous, obscene, embarrassing, racist, hate-inciting, disparaging of others’ religious beliefs, ethnically offensive, or otherwise offensive/shocking content Content (including images/photos) that infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or any other IP/personality rights, or is otherwise illegal/unauthorized 5. Copyright WCGF’s Services (software, games, logos, graphics, animations, characters, music, and all other content) are protected by copyright and other IP rights. WCGF and/or its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest, including over derivative works. Using the Services or purchasing Virtual Currency/Virtual Goods does not grant ownership. You agree not to reproduce, transmit, publish, or exploit Service content without WCGF’s prior written permission, except where expressly authorized. Any ideas/feedback/comments/suggestions (“Ideas”) submitted become WCGF’s exclusive property; WCGF may use them without limitation or compensation, as permitted by law. 6. Termination of the Usage Contract and Termination The contract between you and WCGF regarding the Services, your Account, or any subscription may be terminated at any time by either party without notice or justification. Upon termination, your right to access/use the Services and associated Virtual Currency/Virtual Goods is immediately revoked. WCGF may suspend access in case of non-compliance. You may terminate by following the procedures in the relevant Service. WCGF may still charge fees/costs incurred prior to or due to termination. If termination is by you or by WCGF for reasons attributable to you, no refund is issued for unused Services or purchased Virtual Currency/Virtual Goods; no online time/credit/other game elements are refunded or converted. IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF YOUR USAGE CONTRACT, WCGF ACCOUNT, OR WCGF SUBSCRIPTIONS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR SOCIAL NETWORK ACCOUNTS. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability 1. WCGF is fully liable for damages causing harm to life, physical integrity, or health, and for damages resulting from intentional misconduct or gross negligence by WCGF or its representatives/agents, including breach of warranty or fraudulent concealment of defects. 2. WCGF is liable, within foreseeable/typical contractual limits, for slight negligence only in performing essential contractual obligations; otherwise, no liability for slight negligence. 3. WCGF assumes no liability for damages or loss of Virtual Currency/Virtual Goods resulting from cyberattacks on your devices or on WCGF’s Services. 4. WCGF excludes liability for indirect or consequential damages. 5. These provisions do not affect WCGF’s legal obligations under product liability law; employees/agents also benefit from these limitations. 6. 100% availability of the Services is not technically achievable; maintenance may occur outside normal business hours. 7. WCGF is not responsible for Internet functioning/access or other circumstances beyond its control, including third-party technologies used under these terms. 8. WCGF takes necessary, reasonable, and technically feasible measures, proportionate to costs, to ensure availability and features, and may adapt Services to technological developments where acceptable to users. It is your responsibility to regularly back up your data. 8. Links to Third-Party Sites WCGF’s applications and websites may include links to other sites not under WCGF’s control. Presence of a link does not imply relationship/endorsement. WCGF does not guarantee the accuracy, content, terms, privacy, products, services, legality, reliability, relevance, timeliness, decency, or any other aspect of linked sites and is not responsible for such content. Review third-party privacy policies and terms before use. 9. No Waiver of Rights WCGF’s failure to require strict performance or exercise a right shall not be construed as a waiver in that instance or any similar future instance. 10. Applicable Law, Jurisdiction, and Final Provisions 1. Vietnamese law applies exclusively. To the extent permitted by law, Hanoi is the exclusive forum for disputes arising from this relationship. The UN CISG and conflict-of-law rules are excluded. 2. WCGF may, with two weeks’ notice, transfer all or part of its rights/obligations as service provider to a third party. 3. If any provision becomes wholly/partially invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force; invalid provisions are replaced by relevant legal provisions. This also applies to gaps. You may use these procedures if you previously contacted WCGF in writing at admin@wcgf.com and no amicable agreement could be reached. Reserved for persons aged 18 and over. This game is intended only for users aged 18 and above. No real-money gambling is offered. Virtual tokens have no monetary value.
